Circular and Climate Positive

  • In line with H&M’s vision to become a 100% circular business, we are using a more sustainable packaging for both online and in store. The packaging at H&M are made of certified paper and 100% recyclable.
  • Continue the RTS (Return To Source) programme where plastic hangers that are no longer in use at our stores, where they have been sent to recycling stations.

Fair and Equal

  • Actively creating jobs for hard of hearing staff in collaboration with ThisAble enterprise, with 6 stores in partnership.

Circular and Climate Positive

  • Re-use & recycling of unwanted garments collected across all stores. A total of 7 tons of garments are collected on an average per year.
  • Re-use and recycling of paper, cartons and plastic. In partnership with our landlords, we transport them to specialised facilities in Thailand for future reuse.
  • Circularity: 100% of the cottons used in the fashion sold is from sustainable sources and we believe in educating our customers as well, through in-store collaterals

Fair and Equal

  • Over 80% of female in leadership positions
  • 16 number of impaired team members across our store, with 16 nationalities from 3 continents and LGBTQ+
  • Care programmes directed towards mental health support

Sustainability initiatives at D’ARK cafes include recyling cold-pressed fruit juice PET bottles, discontinued serving drinking water in PET bottles and replaced it with glass bottles and more.
