KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a given section

• Assist senior pastry staff and head chef in the preparation of pastries
• Assist in preparation of the mise-en-place for daily operations
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and refrigerator areas
• Set up the display area and kitchen for operations
• Keep kitchen equipment and tools in good order and report any defect/malfunction
• Comply with the safety and hygiene standards at all time
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as per assigned by the management
