KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist store-in-charge in day-to-day operations
• Carry out receiving and checking of store inventory and stocks
• Responsible of the disposal of empty/ unwanted cartons, plastic bags and wrappers, waste papers and items in both storeroom and sales floor
• Liaise with warehouse on frequent goods delivery
• Perform manual packing and tagging of merchandise
• Replenish merchandise on the display shelves and counter whenever necessary
• Ensure safety storage of all products in the storage room and sales floor
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s and storeroom cleanliness
• Cleaning and wiping of glass panels, mirrors, counter and shelves in store
• Assist customer’s enquiries when required
• Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
• To ensure safety storage of all products
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum ‘N’ and below; and 1 year of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
• Must be able to do heavy lifting of at least 25kg
• Passionate in retail, customer service orientated and sales driven
• Able to commit retail operation hours
• Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
