Scoop Wholefoods offers a wide variety of raw organic and natural wholefoods for our customers at affordable prices combined with flexible quantity and selection. From nuts, dried fruits, spices, rice, pasta, tea and chocolates to freshly made nut butters and so much more. We source our products primarily from certified Australian and New Zealand growers and suppliers. We make every effort to ensure that other products come from ethical and sustainable sources. In order to keep our carbon footprint as light as possible, we make minimum use of packaging and chemicals in our activities as part of our contributions to the local community and the long-term well-being of our planet for this and future generations.
This Australian-based company opens it first international flagship store in Singapore.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist in the store’s daily operations
• To supervise staff on work performance and handle staff related issues • To attend to customers’ enquiry and product requests • To handle customer feedback on products and services
• To provide guidance and advise to staff on customer related issues
• To be responsible of store’s cleanliness and ensure replenishment of products is in place
• To up-sell promotional products and/or new products launched by the company
• To assist in admin duties in the store (roster planning, inter store transfer, etc.)
• Assist Store-in-charge in day-to-day operations and any other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum ‘O’ and below; and 3 years of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
• Passionate in retail, customer service orientated, sales driven and enthusiastic in promoting sustainable development to reducing plastic consumptions • Able to commit retail operation hours • Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
In line with H&M’s vision to become a 100% circular business, we are using a more sustainable packaging for both online and in store. The packaging at H&M are made of certified paper and 100% recyclable.
Continue the RTS (Return To Source) programme where plastic hangers that are no longer in use at our stores, where they have been sent to recycling stations.

Re-use & recycling of unwanted garments collected across all stores. A total of 7 tons of garments are collected on an average per year.

Circularity: 100% of the cottons used in the fashion sold is from sustainable sources and we believe in educating our customers as well, through in-store collaterals
